Cable Girls. A Netflix Original Series from Spain and dubbed into English (normally I'd switch off but was hooked after the first episode). It's based in 1920s Madrid in a telephone exchange just as the telephone service was bring introduced to Spain. The story follows the lives of four young women each with their own past and present demons to overcome. www.boorooandtiggertoo.com
